CAI Connection Volunteers
CAI needs skilled and unskilled assistance in our efforts to serve the people of Greater Boston, especially children, families, educators, and child care workers in our schools, after-schools, and in community centers, colleges, and workplace settings. You can become an important part of this dynamic organization by becoming a Connection Volunteer. This year, Volunteers have raised funds for programs, created newsletters, designed evaluation instruments, and conducted legal research for CAI. In the coming year we need people who can:

Help coordinate volunteers;
--Work on public relations and marketing (newsletters, mailings, archives, media, documentation, etc.);
--Assist in CAI's after-school violence prevention projects for children;
--Assist school program evaluators to gather data by surveying and interviewing children, parents and school staff;
--Provide office support including mailing, data entry and office organization;
--Assemble teacher packets and conference materials;
--Work with others on fundraising events or host small fundraising events; or,
--Help program artists make and repair simple handmade musical instruments; props and costumes for in-school and after-school programs;
